1. How to clean a leather sofa?
To clean sofa leather, you can follow these steps:
1. Wipe away dust and debris from the sofa with a brush or vacuum.
2. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the leather surface to remove dust and grease. If there are stubborn stains, you can use salt water to wipe them, but do not get too wet.
3. Use talcum powder (rose) or baking soda sprinkled on the surface of the skin to absorb moisture and eliminate odors. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wipe it off with a dry cloth.
4. Use sofa leather conditioner to refresh and protect sofa leather from tearing.
*Note: Do not use alcohol-based products or strong detergents to clean sofa leather as it may damage the leather.
2. How to clean fabric sofa
To clean sofa fabric, you can follow these steps:
1. Wipe away dust and debris from the sofa with a brush or vacuum.
2. Use warm water mixed with a little soap to clean the fabric
3. Sprinkle baking soda or talcum powder on the fabric to absorb moisture and eliminate odors. Leave on for about 30 minutes then use a brush to brush the powder off the sofa surface.
4. Use a gentle stain remover to clean larger stains, but always test on a small area of fabric before use to avoid damaging the fabric.
5. Let dry completely before using again.
*Note: Do not use too hot water or strong detergents to wash the sofa fabric, otherwise it will damage the fabric and fade the color. Always check the label and learn about the right wash for your sofa’s fabric to avoid damage to the product.
3. How long will it take to receive an order at SOLE Studio?
After confirming the information and completing the deposit at SOLE Studio, the product information will be transferred to the factory. To be careful in completing your order in the best way, it will take about 20-25 days depending on the number of orders (not including shipping time).
4. Want to change the order
After depositing products at SOLE’ Studio within 24 hours, you can change the color, material, and size of the product according to the intended use. You can also change to another product model. If it exceeds 24h SOLE, it cannot be guaranteed to change because the information has been transferred to the factory and started to close the product.
In case the value of the selected product is higher or lower, you will pay the difference next time (SOLE will resend a confirmation email to you). In case the value of the selected product is lower than the deposit value, SOLE will not refund the difference.
5. Shipping Policy
– For Customers in Ho Chi Minh City:
+ With orders over 5 million will be supported 50% of the shipping fee (depending on the district).
+ With orders over 10 million, you will receive free shipping to your home (excluding promotional discounts).
– For Customers outside HCMC:
+ Order form: my deposit is 60% of the order in advance (or 100% full payment) you can pay via bank transfer.
+ Shipping fee will depend on the number of products, order, size and your shipping address. The shipping fee you will pay when receiving the goods with the garage (Because the car does not collect COD).
+ After you have made a deposit, SOLE will send you a confirmation email, in the mail will attach full information about the model, product size, and photo of the fabric code you have chosen, along with a specific delivery date.
+ When SOLE has a finished product: SOLE will take a photo of the product you ordered to check, then you will pay the remaining 40%. SOLE will wrap cartons, foam or solid wooden bales and then send them to you.
